We started with OYO stretching.
30 seconds for each exercise with a 12 second rest between.

Plié squats
Reverse crunch to BGS, hammer curls, Bulgarian split squats, penguins, rotators, side lunges, in & outs, Tricep pulse (behind your back), donkey kick (r) donkey kick (L), Bourbons, around the world, Deadlifts, J-los, skull crusher.

We finished the whole set with Sally squats. Then repeated. After round two we did Sally OHP. Took a walk. Came back and did pick your exercise and reps x5 then stretching and COT and Name O Rama.
