Here was the workout. We did windmills and jumping jacks for our warm-up and then 4 different Tabata rounds. The sun came out so we walked a lap and then came back and finished with 2 full Tabata rounds combing our 4 original Tabata sessions.
Tabata 1: High knees; Imperial walkers; Jumping jacks; and Plyo push-ups

Tabata 2: Heismans; OHP; BGS; Shuffle, shuffle, tap

Tabata 3: Jump rope; Reverse fly; Deadlifts; Squat jumps

Tabata 4: Jog in place; Backward lunge with high knee (right side); switch legs; Plank

Walk a Lap

Tabata 5: Combine all exercises from Tabata 1 and 2

Tabata 6: Combine all exercises from Tabata 3 and 4

We ended with stretches, COT, and names.
