It was a very chilly morning but I still had 10 PAX get out of their warm beds & join me for an early morning workout. 4 of us kicked it off at 4:30am with some pre-beatdown running & then 10 of us stayed for the beatdown at 5:30am.
We started the beatdown off with a warm up of arm circles forward, arm circles backward, Michael Phelps, through the tunnel (IC) & Toy Soldiers (IC). After we were slightly warm, we got started on the Thang. Since it is National Hiking Day we took a hike together this morning. We spelled out “Take A Hike” completing the following exercises/routine. All exercises were 17 reps & the accumulators started at 1/2 reps & kept accumulating in a 1:2 ratio up to 11/22 reps.

We were able to complete 2 rounds & even had time to finish with some light stretching then we circled up for COT & Name-O-Rama.
