Today was a good day at the Den! We celebrated Spartan & Aquamarine who have taken over as AO leaders from myself and Straight Shooter. We are super excited to see them both grow in FiA. The Den will be in very capable hands!
This morning we did a Spartan & Aquamarine Tabata. 45 sec, 15 sec rest.

Next we played a friendly game of silly sprints. We split up into 2 teams. Team Spartan and Team Aquamarine. One person ran to the bowl of cards, picked one and ran back. Meanwhile the rest of the team is holding chair. The team did the exercise together. Then the next person ran while the team held chair again. Rinse and repeat until time. The team with the most cards at the end was the winner.

Team Aquamarine was winner with 23 cards! Team Spartan had 20.
