So happy to see my girls show up last Tuesday. We started with Jumping Jacks in Cadence, Through the Tunnel in Cadence and some OYO stretches. Then we got right to it.
After every Round we did 10 Merkins, 10 Lunges, and 10 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Bicep Curls 10 Hammer Curls
- 10 Tricep Kickbacks 10 Tricep Extensions
- 10 Narrow Squats 10 Sumo Squats 10 Heel Raised Squat Pulses (left and right leg)
- 10 Deadlifts 10 Bridges
- 10 Overhead Press 10 Front Raises 10 Side Raises
- 10 Bent Over Rows 10 Reverse Flies
- 10 Glute Kickbacks 10 Rainbows each side to a 10 second hold
- 10 Db Chest Press 10 Db Chest Flies
- 10 Calf Raises 10 Calf Pulses
We went through the whole thing twice and finished with Bat Wings 40 Front Circles 40 Back Circles 40 Seal Claps 40 Overhead Claps 40 Hallelujahs. We worked extra hard and had the sweat to prove it. Thanks so much for coming ladies. You make my days a whole lot brighter.
