IT’S FRIDAY, YOU GUYS!!! WE MADE IT!!!
15 amazing and beautiful PAX came out to join me for a fun TGIF themed beatdown this morning. 4 of us met at 4:30 to get some miles in and then the rest joined at 5:30. The rain had passed, the temperature was beautiful, and the morning was absolutely perfect for us to spend together.
First we started with some light warmups of arm circles, Michael Phelps, and Toy Soldiers. And then we jumped right into The Thang…CELEBRATING FRIDAY!!
THE THANG – Tabata. 1 minute of each exercise with 15 seconds rest between. Run a lap after each time you spell TGIF.

- Figure 4 Squats
- Tricep Extensions
- Glute Bridges
- Imperial Squat Walkers
- Fire Hydrants
- Toe Taps
- Glute Side Steps
- Front Rasies
We made it through each set twice and then we moved onto a song challenge:
Katy Perry – Last Friday Night (TGIF) – Do Mountain Climbers through whole song and then a Plank Jack each time she sings the word “Friday” or “TGIF”.
There was a lot of sweat…a few death threats…and a lot of laughter this morning. Just the way I love my mornings with my friends!
Afterwards we circled up for COT and Name-O-Rama.
