I am so THANKFUL to start this special week off with my friends! Although getting up early during a holiday week is tough, it’s always worth it in the end.

We warmed up with some yoga salutations to get the body moving, then tempo jacks and a long lap.

 

The THANG

 

We worked our way down the THANKFUL list twice, doing 30 reps of all the moves.

T- triceps dips on the curb (30)

H- high knees (30 each)

A- arm circles (30)

N- narrow squat to press (30)

K- kickbacks (30)

F- front-side-front raise (30)

U- upright row (30)

L- long lap

 

Then we did a 15 minute ab circuit! With lots of food coming our way this week, our abs need a little extra love.

 

AB Challenge:

100  second plank

90   little baby crunches

80  russian twists

70  flutter kicks

60  reverse crunches

50   bicycles

40   leg raises

30   toe touches

20   big girl sit ups

10   v-ups

 

We said circled up to pray, lifting up some FIA sisters and praying for peace with the busy week ahead. Then name-o-rama and a pic.

It’s such an honor to start my morning with these incredible ladies.
