Always a great way to start my morning – 37 degrees, windy and two ladies who braved the “elements” with me at the Hideout. I am learning that if I call PAX out to join me, they come!

We started with arm circles, Michael Phelps, toy soldiers and through the tunnels.

The Thang was a tribute to Yellow Tulip and her Thanksgiving workout that I did last year at this time. As we worked through the different courses of Thanksgiving day, we shared our favorite dishes and are swapping a few today!

Appetizers: Jumping jacks (25), Squat jumps (10), Side jumps (25), Imperial walkers (25), Kangaroos (25)

Side Dishes: Squat hold (45 seconds), Squats (20), Squat pulses (20), Squat twists (20), Monkey humpers (20)

We had about 15 minutes left, so we picked out 8 more exercises to complete a second time around.

Ended with a picture, COT and prayers. Love starting my day this way!
