It started out cold but we warmed up pretty quickly. Half of the ladies started early by walking or running so the rest of us did some stretching to warm up and then jumped right in.
Thanksgiving is a couple of weeks away so we started planning our Thanksgiving meal. We started with appetizers (arms), then we had our entrees (legs) and sides (abs) before ending with desserts (a little of everything). We did a round of cardio in each section to stay warm. Each exercise was done for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest. We made it through all areas 2 times.
