So yesterday my body was still trying to thaw out from that morning and I took at look at the temps for today and saw 21 degrees; and immediately thought to myself “What in the world, am I nuts??” Then that phrase That’s a horrible idea…what time? popped into my head. Thankfully 5 strong and beautiful ladies decided to join me this morning for this horrible idea of making ourselves better.
We warmed up with some light stretching and a quick Ring of Fire warm up. We all did exercise 1 while passing 10 each of exercise 2
1. Arm circles/Jumping Jacks
2. Jump ropes/Monkey Humpers 3.Hallelujahs/Hillbillies
We did a timed Dora with the running partner running up the stairs to the lamppost, stopping to do 10 squats and then running back. Each set of exercises was 8 min.
- Bicep curls to OHP
- Chest flys
- In & Outs
- Tricep kickbacks
I am realizing as I write this…. that myself, WW, and CC didn’t do the squats at the lamppost. So ladies we owe the other gals some squats 😆
We barely finished in time! Circled up for COT and prayed for WW’s sweet dog, CC’s grandfather, and the rest of our FiA sisters.
