Well, it took me a few weeks, but I’m sneaking this Backblast in before the year changes! It was just Sweatpants and I so we warmed up with stretches and a few heart rate lifting exercises. Then we did our 12 days of Christmas.
12 days of Christmas works accumulator style. You do the first day. Then the second and first. Then the third, second, and first, etc. Each 3 exercises, I changed marker color on the board, which meant we took a lap when we finished a color.

10. Around the Worlds
11. Side Lunges
