7 PAX joined me this morning to work out our Kindness muscles in celebration of Random Acts of Kindness Week! I’m not going to lie…with school break and black ice warnings, I was NOT expecting this crowd, so THANK YOU, LADIES, AND WELL DONE ON GETTING UP AND GETTING IT DONE!
So, first for some warm ups we did some quick arm circles, jumping jacks and Michael Phelps. Then we jumped into…DUN…DUN…DUN….*ominous muzac*…THE THANG!!!!!!
First up in THE THANG (sorry, it always sounds so serious in my head! :-D) was:
THE 4 CORNERS OF KINDNESS
In what I thought was a pretty jacked up 4 corner set up, but if you look below…I mean…pretty solid parallelogram…we set up 4 cones/stations (2 with weights…thank you, ladies, for bringing extra weights!). Starting with 15 reps of each exercise, we ran between each corner and completed 4 round of The 4 Corners of Kindness adding 5 reps each time and working up to 30 reps of each exercise.

After an epic workout of our Kindness muscles, we circled up for COT and Name-O-Rama buoyed by a healthy Friday dose of friendship and fitness and ready to put a little more kindness into the world today.
(And seriously…Huge THANK YOU to Inspector Gadget for handling prayer for me this morning while I got my dizzy head on straight…Rise Up for the use of your mat (*giggle*) and Red Velvet for helping me stop the spinning…lol)
