It was a sunny, chilly morning out at Foxtrot. Despite the frost, 8 pax rolled out in our layers to get it done!
Borrowing from a workout found on Pinterest, we set out to do at least 500 total reps, but we accomplished 750. We started with a warm up in cadence after some arm circles with windmills and through the tunnels.
We used the big lap (approximately 400m) out by the playground for each round. Our goal was at least 5 laps plus 10 reps of 10 exercises each round to get to at least 500 total reps. We crushed it with 7 laps and then did 15 reps on our last round for 750 total exercises.

Yep, that’s 75 of each of these exercises! 75 burpees! (Or modifications as needed). These ladies looked strong and didn’t stay cold long! We even had a few brave 2.0s join us for the chilly beatdown.
We closed out with COT remembering all those recovering from illness, injury and repairs, asking for safe travels, and thinking of those in need of love and warmth this season.
