What a beautiful day it turned out to be! A little wet, but we will take no rain & some sunshine any day!! 6 PAX met for a trip to The Bermuda Triangle! Before our whirlwind trek we warmed up with a song challenge… Pit Bull – Culo – Torso Twists/Deadlifts.

THE THANG

I placed 3 cones down at The Arena to form a triangle…cone #1 (Miami), #2 (Bermuda) & #3 (Puerto Rico).

At each cone  we spelled out TRIANGLE. 10 reps @ Miami, 20 reps @ Bermuda & 30 reps @ Puerto Rico.

Exercises were as follows…

T – Tip Toe Squats

R – Rows (Upright/Bentover)

I – In & Outs

A – Around the Worlds

N – Narrow Squats

G – Glute Bridges

L – Lunges (Jump/Regular)

E – Extensions, Arm (Front/Side)

First stop…Miami! 10 reps of each—>RUN the (ENTIRE) triangle, then to Bermuda (cone#2) 20 reps of each—> RUN the (ENTIRE) triangle, then to Puerto Rico (cone#3) 30 reps each—>RUN the (ENTIRE) triangle, then to Miami.

We finished about 10 min early, so with a unanimous vote of more abs we did a song challenge…Usher – Yeah – LBCs/Dying bug. OYO stretches before COT & Name-0-Rama… This was a fun & sweaty one! Thank you ladies for joining me!!! }kiss emoji{
