I think Mother Nature is mad at someone.  A couple of days ago we were working out in tank tops and tonight I had 3 layers on and probably could have been ok with one more.  I had a 4 corners workout planned but the wind was still whipping pretty hard and I was afraid my list of exercises would fly away so we stayed in one location but walked/ran more frequently that we would have normally just to stay warm.  We warmed up with a few stretches and jumped right in.

We started with 20 of everything (and sets if needed).

Alligator pushups – run

Big Girl Sit Ups – run

Fire Hydrants – run

Supermans – run

The next group we did all back to back and then ran.

Wood Chops

Bicep Curls

Upright Rows

Overhead Tricep Press – run

The next group started with Plank Jacks – run

Narrow Squats – run

Monkey Humpers – run

Tuck Jumps – run

The next group we did together before running.

Side Lunges

Star Jumps (or skater sets)

Hallelujahs – 100 instead of 20

Hillbillies – run

We then came back and did the first of each round for qty 15 & run.  Then came back and did the same with the second exercise of each group before walking one big lap.  We then circled up, prayed, & name o rama.

Some of us were talking about how we looked in our toboggans and I thought of this meme.
