Chocolate Chip and me, Rise Up put the petal to the metal, tore it up, crushed this workout like a pineapple… whatever…you know. The Girl Scouts would have been proud. At first, I thought Mr. Eddie may join me, but fortunately I had a friend this morning. We warmed up with Jumping Jacks, Windmills, TTT, Arm Circles backwards and forwards and Michael Phelps, some ic some not. That’s right. I mixed it up! Then we went straight to

4 Rounds of 4 4x4s with a jog up and down the stairs in between. While in Plank do 4 push ups and 4 mountain climbers 4 times for 4 Rounds. Shoulders burning. That one was good times.
