OTG was back! It was a hot summer morning and I was thrilled to have 3 PAX join me for The Millennial. We warmed up with stretches and the Cha-Cha slide – because I love to embarrass people and keep my neighbors guessing. We have officially earned the “Yogis” title from a neighbor that runs by us every Saturday morning. I love it.
With the Millennial, everyone starts together on 100 reps. First one to get to 100 calls it and we all stop and run a lap. We do this for 9 exercises and the 10th is burpees in sets of 10 led by the PAX that hit 100.

Carolina Dry Docks
Deadlifts
Glute Bridges
Reverse Crunches
Upright Rows
Walking Lunges
Figure 8s (kettlebell)
Hip Dips
Scarecrows
Your Choice Burpees (Half, Step out, Bear Crawl, Plank Jack, Full)
This one was HARD. Burpees are awful. I will be shocked if any one comes back after that! We circled up, prayed, and snapped a pic. Then chatted about our Saturdays!
