It was super muggy and drizzly this morning but 6 strong and beautiful ladies joined me at The Union to tackle The Kraken!
We started with a big lap around both parking lots and then got to work on the thang.
I set up 8 cones along the inside of the parking lot in a (pretty big) circle. Each cone had one exercise on it . We all started at a different cone, completed 30 reps of each exercise, ran a lap around the entire circle of cones until we passed our cone and reached the next one. Rinse and repeat until we completed each cone. Then we did it again with 20 reps each. Some were able to start the 3rd round with 10 reps each.
Our exercises were:
Squats with Side Leg Lift (total)
Bicep Curl to Press
Carolina Dry Docks
Curtsy Lunges (total)
We racked up anywhere from 3-4+ miles and scorched well over 400 calories! This one has become one of my favorites (thanks Partly Cloudy)!!
Some of us had to take off early so Valor and Lauren were kind enough to cover the last few minutes of the beat down and COT/name-o-rama for me. Thank you ladies!!
