Pax Names:

Aquamarine, Spartan, Caliente

It was a beautiful Saturday morning and we were so excited to have Aquamarine join us at The Grove!

We warmed up with a Spring themed Would You Rather where we grapevined right or left based on our preferences.

Next up was our Long Dora!  We partnered up.  1 PAX took a full lap around the Grove circle, running the straights and doing walking lunges around the curves.  1 PAX completed exercises.  The only difference between the Long Dora and a regular Dora is the exercises – there are 2 exercises.  PAX do 10 of each and alternate back and forth until their partner returns.  Then the partner does the exact same thing.  Next time, we change exercises.  So, more like a Timed Dora.

Here is what we did:

10 SLDLs, 10 Side Lunges

10 Upright Rows, 10 Jello Shooters

10 BGSUs, 10 Flutter Kicks

10 Donkey Kicks, 10 Fire Hydrants

10 Skull Crushers, 10 Chest Flys

10 V-Ups, 10 Dead Bugs

10 Inner Thigh Leg Lifts, 10 Glute Bridges

We only made it through 6 rounds before time was up, but we all completed at least a mile and plenty of reps.  I called this the LONG Dora because it took a while for our partners to make it back.  It is a big track – lots of walking lunges.

The ladies crushed it!  We circled up, prayed, did Name-O-Rama and chatted for a bit before moving on with our Saturday.  Thank you ladies for a fun morning!
