Six PAX showed up this morning and we kicked off the week of Thanksgiving with a popular sandwich from FRIENDS: Ross’s Turkey Sandwich, more commonly known as THE MOIST MAKER.

Top layer of bread: Run a mile (.91 to be exact at our location)
Cranberry Sauce: 4 corners with 10 squat jumps at each corner. Modes of travel are run, then side shuffle, back peddle, side shuffle
The moist maker: 100 yards of 4 skaters (traveling forward on each jump) then 4 walking lunges – all the way down AND back. OUCH.
Turkey: 4 corners with 10 star jumps at each corner. Modes of travel are run, then grapevine, back peddle, grapevine
