Four wonderfully strong ladies joined me this morning to honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We started our morning with “The Murph” and a short history lesson of the man for whom the this exercise routine was proudly named.
We warmed up our legs with various stretching and jumped right into the workout.
Run 1/2 mile
20 bent over rows
40 push ups
Run 1/4 mile
Repeat the rows, push ups, squats and 1/4 mile four times
Final lap – 1/2 mile
Michael Murphy could complete the above in 32-35 minutes – FiA strong finished it in 45 minutes! So very proud of these ladies and for the push they each took this morning!!
