I wasn’t feeling too creative today so, since it was 3/10, we did sets of 3 exercises, 10 reps, 3 rounds. After we got through our 6 sets, we had time to *almost* go through the list again, but not quite, so instead of doing all 6 sets again, it was PAX choice to pick 4 to go through again.  This brought the total reps done per PAX to 300, which is a perfectly round number for the day!

Warmup: 10 Windmills and 10 Through the Tunnels IC

The Thang:

Set 1 (x3):

  • 10 Merkins
  • 10 Mountain Climbers
  • 10 J Los

Set 2 (x3):

  • BGS
  • Flutterkicks
  • Penguins

Set 3 (x3):

  • Overhead Press
  • Tricep Extensions
  • Bicep Curls

Set 4 (x3):

  • Monkey Humpers
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Squats

Set 5 (x3):

  • LBCs
  • Russian Twists
  • Leg Lifts

Set 6 (x3):

  • Bent Rows
  • Dead Lifts
  • Hammer Curls

We ended with just enough time to squeeze in a version of Sally (Moby’s Flowers), but for this version we “brought Sally up and down” with glute bridges.  Then we stretched, had COT and Name-O-Rama and headed out into the drizzle!  Thanks for joining me ladies 🙂
