I planned for rain that never came, but we kicked our butts into gear just the same!
AMRAPS was the name of the game, and we counted down 5-4-3-2-1
5 – Cardio:
4 – Abs:
3 – Legs:
2 – Arms
1 – REST
we did three rounds – first round one minute each exercise, second round 45 seconds each exercise, third round 30 seconds each exercise.
We finished up with Name-A-Rama and a prayer for the people and sleep we’ve lost! Specifically, Special prayers for those of us who are having trouble with anxiety and insomnia, for those grieving losses, and for a friend who passed away of cancer on Fathers Day.
