I would say I cannot believe I forgot to take a picture before we all left but I actually can totally believe that I forgot something because that’s kind of how I roll…..but I did snap a quick pic of the somewhat smudgy Thang Board so that will have to do – even though our sweaty, smiling faces would surely have been a better one!
We started with a warm-up lap then got into a little “Choose Your Own Adventure” workout. Your first choice dictated what you could choose next, and so on and so forth. At the end of the “Tree of Decisions” we did a 1 minute plank, then ran another lap and went through the choice board again, choosing different routes. Rinse and repeat for a total of 4 trips through the workout.
We also tried two new song challenges I found:
Cups by Anna Kendrick (from Pitch Perfect) – Hold blank throughout song and do a push-up every time she says “Gone” and a sit-up every time she says “Miss.” It was pretty chaotic flipping over and back and thank goodness it’s only a two minute song!
Best Day of My Life by American Authors – Hold a bridge throughout the song and do Mountain Climbers during the “Best Day of My Life” chorus. This one was tough but may be my new favorite!
