It was a fairly warm morning especially for how chilly it has been lately & I was so thankful for all the ladies who got up to workout with me this morning. We started with a warm-up of arm circles forward, arm circles backward, Michael Phelps, Toy Soldiers & Through the Tunnels. We then got started on the Thang.
For the Thang, we did a partner workout similar to a Dora but with no counting. We did three rounds with three exercises each round. We partnered up and for each exercise P1 ran up the stairs, around the light post & back while P2 did that exercise until P1 returned. Then they switched. And this pattern continued for each exercise.
We completed all 3 rounds getting in 9 sets of the stairs & over 1.6 miles with the following exercises:
- Push-ups, Squats & Big Girl Sit-Ups
- Overhead Press, Curtsy Lunges & Reverse Crunches
- Hammer Curls, Glute Bridges & Bicycles
We finished just in time so we took our picture, did some light stretching then said prayers & NOR. Thanks for joining me ladies & hope this workout put you in a great mood for the rest of the day! 😘
