I was coming off a week’s vacation followed by an upper respiratory infection, and I was lagging, but these ladies kept me going and I am so thankful! We started with a warm up of windmills and jumping jacks IC, then the routine I like to call the “soon to be famous Canon’s Butt Blast.” Then we got started on our Tabata (or Tah-buh-dah) workout!
50 seconds of each exercise. Did 3 rounds. Ran a lap after each round.
- Imperial Walkers
- Bicep Curl to Overhead Press
- Mountain Climbers
- Glute Bridges
Then we finished with a round of Bat Wings and a good stretch. We prayed, we name-o-rama-ed and I left feeling better than I had in weeks! THANK YOU LADIES!!
