Imagine a woman, sitting alone on a park bench, grasping a metal flag pole, preparing to use it as a weapon if needed, as she hears banging coming from the nearby bathrooms, and voices in the woods.
So in other words, I was SUPER EXCITED to see Sugar Mama at the Valley this morning 😝 We were few but we were mighty!
THE THANG: We did an apple themed workout since September is generally recognized as Apple Month.
Round 1 was the now famous Canon Booty Blast.
Round 2 was three rounds of exercises that spell apple.
Round 3 was an “apple” round of 11s.
We ran/walked a lap in between rounds.
We finished this faster than I expected and I had planned to repeat Round 2 if that happened, but somehow doing three more Everests didn’t sound fun, so we took turns calling out exercises instead.
