The Substitute Teacher:
5 sweet ladies joined me on this steamy, wet morning. The workout was planned by Chocolate Chip, but due to her daughter being sick, I filled in as the substitute teacher.
We warmed up with some Michael Phelps and some Through the Tunnels in cadence as I explained the workout.
Elevens: 1 bicep curl, then run up stairs to light pole, do 10 squats, then run back to start. 2 bicep curls, run up stairs to light pole, do 9 squats, etc….until you get to 10 bicep curls and 1 squat.
Super 21: 1 Merkin, 1 LBC; 2 Merkins, 2 LBCs; 3 Merkins, 3 LBCs… all the way to 21 Merkins, and 21 LBCs. (Whew! That one was a doozy!)
We had just a few minutes left so we took a small lap around the parking lot, stretched, and then circled up for prayers and COT.
