With the Super Bowl just a few days away, we had to have a football themed workout right? Right! We started out with our “Tail” Gate warm up, getting our rears in gear with a leg routine – (15 Leg Extensions 15 Pulses, 15 Fire Hydrants 15 Pulses, 15 Rainbows each leg).
We worked our way across a football field so to speak, building up from 10 to 50 on our exercises to represent yard lines, and then back down after crossing midfield:

At the end of each trip across the football field, we ran a lap. The plan was to do the routine 4 times for 4 quarters, but we made a quick switch to hockey rules and did 3 series so we could get to our….

In honor of Super Bowl 54, we did 54 each:
Then we did 5 + 4 (9) BGS and finished with a 54 second plank.
After that we stretched, mostly our legs, really well and ended the morning with COT and Name-O-Rama.
