It was a beautiful morning to get up and get moving! 5 PAX came out for Beaker’s AMRAP Party. How it works? Increase reps and time for each AMRAP. It was faced paced and the entire beatdown flew by.
After a brief warm up of arm circles, Michael Phelps, through the tunnels, and some toy soldiers, we got right to it:
