3 PAX gambled with dice to see what workouts we did. If a double was rolled, you had to sprint the stage carrying a 40lb sandbag. But first we warmed up!
We took turns rolling the dice and then we would workout together. If doubles were rolled, that person sprinted across the stage with a 40lb sandbag while the others continued to roll and workout.

4- Inch Worms or Doubles
5 – Squat press
6 – Angry Donkey kicks or doubles
7 – merkins
8 – mountain climbers or doubles
9 – Penguins
10 – lunges or doubles
11 – crunches
12 – doubles!
we did that for 30 mins. Then we did 6 pack wheel of death.
30 sec exercises for 6 mins with high knees in between each ab exercise. No rests.
BGS, high knees, Russian twists, HK, leg lifts, HK, box cutters, HK, crunchy frogs, HK, in and outside, HK.
