4 PAX came to workout but sadly, only 3 were able to work out. Seinfeld was scheduled to Q but her 2.0 took a nasty fall from the dreaded monkey bars right as we were about to start. So we did what any mom would do…we helped her pack her brave little lass in her car & off they went to the ER! *Update…She has a spiral fracture of the tibia! Bless her little heart!
On to THE THANG:
We ended up doing a 1 min arm/ab/leg tabata that consisted of 3 rounds that went something like this…
Round 1 – we each took turns & called out an arm exercise of our choice for 1 min.
Round 2 – we each took turns & called out an ab exercise of our choice for 1 min.
Round 3 – we each took turns & called out a leg exercise of our choice for 1 min.
We ran a lap between each round —- Song Challenge – Booty Wurk-Pulse Jump lunges (4 count/to the beat) & Hip Hop Squats for the “Booty Wurk” hook.
Finally, we finished strong with Canon’s Leg Burner!! Donkey kicks, Fire Hydrants, Rainbows, pulses…It’s horrible! But I love it!
Thanks for your quick thinking Canon & Mama Bear! We managed to come up with a great workout on the fly! We did fabulous!!! All the prayers & hugs & kisses to Seinfeld & her family!!
