I was so excited to see 4 beautiful ladies (including 2 FNGs) join me for our first Hideout beatdown of the new year this morning! We started with a quick warmup & disclaimer then got to work on our thang.
Since today is the twelfth day of Christmas, also known as Three Kings Day, I decided to put together a beatdown to celebrate this day. I spelled out King 3 times with different exercises & we did each exercise Tabata style. After we spelled out King each time, we took a lap. We went through it once doing 45s work & 15s rest then we went through it a second time doing 30s work & 12s rest.

Once we finished our last round of Kings, we circled up for prayers & NOR where we named our FNGs. We welcomed Chelsie & her daughter Olive today. Olive loves to sing so we named her Glee & Chelsie loves crafting & decorating so we named her Deco. Welcome ladies, we’re so excited to have you join us!
