Tabata Workout – 5 minute set with 20 sec intervals, 10 sec rest

First Set: Arms

  • Bicep Curls

Second Set: Abs

  • LBC’s
  • Russian Twists
  • Bicycle Crunches
  • Big Girl Situps

Third Set: Glutes

  • Glute Bridge
  • Single Leg Glute Bridge (Right)
  • Single Leg Glute Bridge (Left)
  • Donkey Kicks

Fourth Set: Legs

  • Squats
  • Deadlifts
  • Lateral Squat Walk
  • Calf Raises

Fifth & Sixth: We picked an activity from each category and combined for a total body set

  • Bicep Curls
  • Russian Twists
  • Glute Bridge
  • Calf Raises

We finished with a final lap, a photo, prayer and name-o-rama.
