It was raining and cold but 2 other ladies showed up to work! We started we some Oyo stretches and Jumping Jacks in Cadence and got right to it.

The Thang-

Each Block had 4 exercises for 45 Seconds each and 15 Seconds Rest

Legs

  • Wall Sit
  • Lunges
  • 180 Jumps
  • Squats

We repeated it and ran the pavillion for 45 Seconds

Arms

  • Lateral Raises
  • Tricep Dips
  • Shoulder Press
  • Bicep Curls

We repeated it and ran the pavillion for 45 Seconds

Cardio

  • High Knees
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Skip
  • Squat Jumps

We repeated it and ran the pavillion for 45 Seconds

Abs

  • In and Outs
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Penguins
  • Plank

We almost made it through the the whole thing minus the last plank before we ran out of time.

We stretched and prayed and did Name-o-rama. Thanks so much for joining me ladies. My watch said 28 Minutes of Vigorous Exercise!!!
