The rain stopped just long enough for me and 6 Pax to complete our beatdown tonight at The Rock. We warmed up with an Indian Run around the parking lot and then went straight into a 20sec on 10sec off Tabata where we did 20 exercises, listed below. We ran through all 20 exercises 3x with a run in between each round. Ended with a casual prayer and NOR and then the rain started again.
