What a great way to start out opening day at The Thicket. It was HOOOOOT and humid outside, but nature provided a soothing breeze just at the right time. 6 PAX, including me, Rise Up and 2 FNGS joined us for:
Total Body Burnout
I put 4 exercises into 4 groups which provided a full on body burnout. We completed the exercises in two minute intervals, and we ran the small loop around the playground after each exercise.

Glute Bridge with Skull Crushers
Around the World Lunges with Bicep Curls
Squats with Overhead Press
Squats with Front Leg Raise
Squats with Side Leg Raise
Hamstring Curl Squats
Downward Dog Single Leg Raise
To conserve time, we cut the last exercises in Group 3 down to one minute each, and we never got to Group 4. We did some stretches on our own at the end, circled up for prayers, name o rama, and named our FNGS. It’s great to be back!
