09/18/2021 - foxtrot - Touch a Fireman…..I Mean Truck

BackBlast:

Today was Touch a Truck at Foxtrot so we enjoyed seeing all the different vehicles coming in to set up. Chai jokingly said I wonder if we could have touch a fireman for the adults so alas the name of my backblast.  Fun fact, we did learn that when the Budweiser Clydesdale horses retire they come to a farm in Waleska and in one of the pics you see a few of the ladies posing with a horse.  The firefighters were showing off the equine rescue equipment they have for the county.  We had to park in a different area due to the festivities so Nottely and I started our warm up while the rest of the ladies who were running behind set up their stuff.

We did a tabata of one minute on, 10 seconds off while spelling out FOOTBALL three different ways. I had to get creative with a few of the names (as seen in the attachment of exercises).  We did all three rounds and then started over.  We had time to make it thru round 1 twice and on the last round we took the exercises we liked best from rounds 2 & 3 to finish up.

We then circled up for prayer, name o rama, and coffeteria.  I wasn’t sure how many ladies would attend due to fall break and the possibility of rain so I was thankful for everyone who came.  We enjoyed socializing after and talking to the fireman for a few minutes.
