I had the Q today which means the threat of storms was possible, but luckily the rain held off and we got the workout in this time. Today is Chris Hemsworth’s birthday so I knew that a round of Thor was in order. It has been a while since we did a Triple Check on a Thursday AM so I thought that would be a nice accompaniment to Thor. And I planned Mt Everest if there was time remaining (it’s National Mountain Day, too!).

We warmed up with some arm circles, jogging in place, gorilla swings, and toy soldiers OYO. I explained the triple check and off we went.

The Thang – for this triple check, I planned 3 rounds with different exercises for each one.

Round 1 – upright row to tricep kickback, squat with side kick, run

Round 2 – cross leg crunches, curtsy lunges, run

Round 3 – leg lifts, bicep curl to OH press, run

We finished with time to fit in Thor like I planned. Partly Cloudy was thrilled there was no time left for Mt Everest – but feel free to do that today on your own! We circled up, prayed, did NOR, and were on with the rest of our day. Thanks for joining me ladies!
