Sunshine, Blank Canvas, and RockStar co-Qed their VQ today! We called the workout “Trula Opal” after our grandmother since today is her birthday.
We started off with stretches then a warm up led by Sunshine. Our work out consisted of 3, 10 minute work outs. The first work out was focused on our core, the second on cardio, and the last was Pilates legs. FiA members, including ourselves, began complaining about the leg work out; therefore, we knew our first workout was a success. We never know until we try and today was a good day!
