Three of us braved this cold & rainy Thanksgiving Eve morning! Rain was in the forecast but managed it to stay in the clouds along with the sun!! We worked in the gloom but not in vain!! We were making room for the Turkey & all the fixin’s!!
We warmed up with some light stretching then moved on to Turkey Tabata where we spelled out TURKEY

R – Russian Twists
K – Kickbacks
E – Elevated Glute Bridges
Y – Yoga Pose Push Up (AKA Carolina Dry Docks)

We had time for a Song Challenge (Booty Wurk) – Jump lunges throughout, Hip hop squats for the hook -before going through TURKEY Tabata one more time, then some light stretches.
We ended with a Thankful Prayer during our COT & Name O Rama
