4 PAX met at 5 for some pre-beatdown running/walking and we had 6 more there for our 5:30 beatdown, so double digits for my VQ!! We got our sweat on to some oldies, but goodies, in a tabata since I can only count in 8 counts! Lol
We warmed up with front and back arm circles, Michael Phelps and a quick lap. Then we got into the Thang.
For this tabata we did 3 sets of each round of 20 secs on and 10 secs rest and then we ran/jogged/walked a lap before starting the next round. (See the pic below for the exercises) We made it through 1 time and then took out the lap and were able to get through the whole thing again before COT and Name-o-Rama.
