I love hearing about people that I need to meet, no seriously! I love hearing about what others have to say about them and with this group of FIA Ladies it is always nothing but positivity and how amazing this person is and why. When I joined back in December I got told about Chai and how she was out and when she was back I had to meet her!
This Saturday I snagged a last minute opening to lead a workout and got the amazing chance to lead her first workout back!
I can’t wait for more chances to see her get back to it and spend time with her energy it is contagious and that’s a rare trait to have as a person!

Today we did a more mild, no counting workout (which are a fav)
We started with a warmup then got into Mat movements and sequences of different standing exercises. We did 65 seconds of work with 30 seconds of rest, We were able to get almost a full 2 rounds and finished with a COT.
