It was a cold, cold morning so I was pleasantly surprised when 3 beautiful ladies joined me for today’s beatdown. But what started out cold ended up with layers being removed fairly quickly.

Today’s Thang was a different spin on an old favorite. Since tomorrow is my graduation, I am never ever going to school again…so we UNLOADED the buses.

First, warmups of arm circles, Michael Phelps and toy soldiers. Then we hopped to it.

UNLOADING THE BUSES – Start at bus lane 1. Do 1 rep of exercises…run loop. Bus lane 2, 2 reps of next exercises…run loop. Bus lane 3, 3 reps of next exercises…run loop. Bus lane 4, 4 reps of the first set of exercises…run loop. And so on and so forth.

Lanes 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22 – Overhead Press/Overhead Tricep Extensions

Lanes 2, 5, 8, 11 ,14, 17, 20 – Squats/Walking Lunges

Lanes 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 – Hillbillies/Imperial Walkers

All in all, we made it through 22 bus lanes…which was my goal as that got us all to a PhD! It also got 21 laps of running…or 3.5 miles. Way to go, ladies!!! You’re smart AND badass!!

Afterwards, COT where we all shared something we want to do…but are afraid to do…and will do in 2022. And then NOR.
