I had a case of the Monday’s and I wanted nothing more than to crawl back in bed but I knew I was the Q so I had to come up with something. Then I spotted the Uno cards on the counter and a workout was born! Apparently, I was not the only one with the Monday’s but 6 pax got together and did a thang anyway!
We warmed up with good ol’ arm circles, windmills, and thru the tunnel.
Each pax drew an undo card, we did what was on the card as a group. Boom!
Numbers 0-9 (0 being 10)
Blue – crunches
Green – bicep curls
Red – squats
Yellow – push ups
All reverse cards – run backwards to the trash can and back
All skip cards – skip to the trash can and back
All +2 cards – do the Coordinating color above to 12
Wild card – run a lap
Wild card +4 – 4 burpees and run a lap
Finished the the usuals.
