Workout focused on upper body to prep for tank top season!
Two circuits consisting of 50 seconds work / 10 seconds rest / 2 x through and then a lap in between each set

– Push Press
– Rocket Push-Up
– Mtn Climber with Knee Tap
Circuit 2
– Inchworm Push + Hop
– Super V-Squeeze
– Merkin + Reach
– Squat + Front Raise
– Rear + Side Raise
– Crab Dance
– Walking Plank Jack
