02/13/2020 - foxtrot - Valentines and a thunder storm

This day was threatened by heavy thunderstorms 🌧🌪and the days before had brought plenty of rain and flooding already but 9 of us rolled out of 🛌 put on our gear and rowed our 🚣🏽‍♀️  to the beatdown anyway….I decided the night before we would plan to meet at the snack shack to stay dry☂️ …. when we arrived the rain has not arrived yet so we spread out a little from the awning and got warmed up!!!!

I filled out a bunch of valentine cards with cute sayings and riddles and placed them in a small box at the end of the sidewalk we took turns running to the valentines to choose an exercise to do together… once completed the next pax would run to box…. while you were waiting either run in place or wall/chair sit

We tried to get in the whole 45 but the storms lightning 🌩 insisted we call it at 6 so we quickly pulled our things together and ran through the ginormous rain drop💦 to our cars before cot so keep each other in your prayers and love one another and all the people you surround yourself with!!!!!
