Wow! What away to start the week! Record numbers at the Union on this cold and rainy morning! Woohoo!!
13 PAX showed up today to get it done! And get it done, they did! The focus of today was to get our bodies high and tight, and ready for our valentines day dates this weekend, ha ha!
We started off by getting the Hip Hop music flowing. Yeah gurl…😂 Since it was raining on and off, we put our mats under the awning, and stretched a little. To warm up, we ran the big loop around the outside of the parking lot, and around the front school parking lot as well.
Once we returned, it was on to the Thang…
This workout was based on reps of 30 and 15, and then some moving in between each set. Here is the breakdown:
30 Jumping Jacks
-Jog big parking lot loop, and sprint last 1/3
15 Jump Squats
-Bear Crawl to end of first awning, and run small lot loop
30 tricep dips
15 hammer curls
-lunge walk down both awnings, and run small lot loop back
15 (sets) Russian Twists
-run big lap and sprint last 1/3
1 min plank
30 mountain climbers total
Once we ran through everything, we opted to do one more big loop around the parking lot. Upon return, we did squat Sally, and Valor’s London Bridge. During London Bridge, we got in some good practice for upcoming dates! Hee hee! 🥰
It was an awesome morning at the Union! Amazing to see so many beautiful faces there today. 💗
Before we headed out, we circled up, prayed, and did our Name o Rama.
