We started with some stretches and then did a quick routine called Hot Sauce- 1 Angry Donkey Kick to 1 Tuck Jump we did that 7 times and then did a quick booty warmup, 10 Donkey Kicks to 10 Pulses, 10 Fire Hydrants to 10 Pulses, 10 Rainbows to a 10 Second Hold. Then we got to it.

The Thang-

7 Exercises, 7 Reps, 7 Rounds

  • Burpees
  • Deadlifts
  • Lunges (each side)
  • Merkins
  • Jump Squats
  • Around the Worlds

We ran after each 7 exercises. We had a few minutes to spare so we did Ring of Fire Ab Style
