We had a small crew this muggy morning, it was a real struggle bus for each of us BUT we came and we did it! Semper Fi had a little mid-workout snack (accidentally ate a bug) and a mouse tried to scare us away but Caliente defended us and we were able to continue on with our workout. We started by moving our bodies and just doing whatever we felt our bodies needed. Then we did a tabata version of short, longer, longest.

30 seconds back to back w/little to no break

  1. Bicep curls
  2. Hammer curls
  3. DB push-ups
  4. Tricep kickbacks
  5. Lateral raises
  6. Front raises
  7. OH press
  8. Carolina dry docks
  9. Skull crushers
  10. DB chest press
  11. Plank (combined with the next exercise to mark it off our bingo cards)
  12. Plank hip dips
  13. Leg raises
  14. Bent knee side-to-side leg lowers
  15. Side oblique crunch (L) (trying something new for bingo)
  16. Side oblique crunch (R)

-Rest 30 seconds- We repeated and upped each exercise to 45 seconds and made it through once more. Then we finished with Caliente’s song challenge “This is what you came for” and I gave it a twist. We lined our mats up next to each other and I brought my medicine ball (10 lbs). We did v-up pulses while the song played and everytime the song sang “you”, we passed the ball back and forth to each other down the line. It was really hard, so half way through we changed the v-up pulses to LBC’s and still did v-ups while passing the ball back and forth. Finished with COT & NoR.
